Lakefair 2009, “Teddy Bear's Delight” will be held from July 15-19 (Wednesday-Sunday).  We hope your group is interested in being part of the festival activities and are ready to help us celebrate our communities of Lacey, Olympia and Tumwater with friends and family.

We must receive your Athletics Application Form, Proof of Insurance, Release From Liability Form (part A & B) signed by the person in charge by April 1, 2009.  

This early date insures your event will be included in the Lakefair advertising program and if appropriate included in our contract with Department of General Administration (event takes place on state property - Capitol Lake, Percival Cove, Marathon Park, Sylvester Park or the Capitol Campus).  All events taking place on state property during Lakefair contract dates between July 15 & July 19, 2009 must go through Lakefair to be included in the contract and not contact General Administration directly.  Please feel free to contact the Lakefair Office via e-mail: office@lakefair.org  if you have any questions.
