	NOTE: All vehicles designated to be in Cruise MUST arrive at staging area and check in PRIOR to 3:15 departure time.
	VEHICLES NOT CHECKED IN PRIOR TO 3:15 WILL BE DISQUALIFIED FROM PARTICIPATING IN CRUISE.
