ARTS & CRAFTS INFORMATION / INSTRUCTIONS This is now a five day event – July 16 thru the 20th And is in a new location (Heritage Park) DEADLINE: April 15, 2008, after that date, applications will be reviewed on a space available basis. REQUIREMENTS: For vendors with hand made arts and crafts this is a Juried Show. In addition to the Arts & Crafts Application Form you must also fill out and submit the Arts & Crafts Jury Form.
All other vendors need to fill out the Arts & Crafts Application Form ONLY. To ensure variety, the Committee may need to limit the number of booths of a particular type. Checks/money orders for vendors not chosen to participate will be returned to the vendor. Instructions and Applications can be downloaded for printing below. SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Due to the fact that the Arts & Crafts will be in a totally different area this year spaces will be assigned as the applications come in. A new location map will be sent to you with the contract. As general information, in the past our Arts & Crafts Show has been two blocks north of our main festival area in Heritage Park. Now with the completion of Heritage Park, there is room for the Arts & Crafts to be moved to that location. SET UP/TEAR DOWN: Setup will begin on Tuesday at noon. Wednesday morning setup begins at 7:00 am and must be completed by 12:00 noon when the show opens. For safety and traffic control reasons, booths may not be taken down until the close of the show on Sunday, July 20, 2008. PLEASE RETAIN A COPY OF YOUR APPLICATION FOR YOUR RECORDS AND INFORMATION.
