FOOD CONCESSION INFORMATION / INSTRUCTIONS Capital Lakefair 2008 will be held Wednesday, July 16th through Sunday, July 20, 2008. There will be no Lakefair vendors at Percival Landing for the 2008 Festival. Art's & Crafts will be relocated to the Heritage Park site. The only food vendors to be permitted at the Heritage Park site will be non-profit. We apologize to our food vendors previously located at Percival Landing and our hoping this will be in affect for the 2008 festival only. Non-profit food booths on Water Street will be open for the full five days of the Lakefair Festival. We are looking for a variety of interesting and unusual food products. The Food Concession Application Form to apply for booth space can be downloaded from the link below. This document is in Adobe PDF format and requires the software program Acrobat Reader to open and print. This program is free and can be downloaded from the following web site: Adobe Reader 8 If you are interested in participating in Lakefair 2008, please download and fill out the the application. All applications must be returned to the following address by March 31, 2008 in order to adequately plan our concession areas. You will receive a letter in response to your application.
