The Capital Lakefair Festival is held each year on the 3rd weekend in July.  The  festival is held on Wednesday through Sunday.

We hope your athletic group or organization is interested in being part of the festival activities and are ready to help us celebrate our communities of Lacey, Olympia and Tumwater with friends and family.

We must receive your Athletics Application Form, Proof of Insurance, Release of Liability Form(s)signed by the person in charge by April 1, 2010.

This early date insures your event will be included in the Lakefair advertising program and if appropriate included in our contract with Department of General Administration (event takes place on state property - Capitol Lake, Marathon Park, Sylvester Park or the Capitol Campus).  All events taking place on state property during Lakefair contract dates must go through Lakefair to be included in the contract and not contact General Administration directly.  Please feel free to contact the Lakefair Office via e-mail: office@lakefair.org  if you have any questions.
