parade


The Lakefair Grand Parade is one of the largest in the region, and features entries of all kinds. The event kicks off with pre-parade festivities at 4:45pm to get the crowd warmed up, and leads into the main event at 5pm. The parade route begins along Capitol Way at 20th and continues down to 5th Ave ending near the bridge.

fireworks


Come enjoy this community favorite on the last day of Lakefair Week! The Grand Finale Fireworks display takes place over Capitol Lake in Olympia, and can be viewed from Heritage Park, Deschutes Pkwy, Capitol Campus or anywhere with a view of the lake.

food concessions


Every year over a dozen concessionaires line Water Street with a variety of dining options as part of Lakefair Week. These groups are primarily local non-profit organizations, who use sales from the festival as a major source of funding for their annual operations. Eat up, and stay posted for a list of vendors at this years event!

craft vendor booths


The vendor booths at Lakefair feature a blend of unique and interesting items created by local artists and craftspeople, as well as a variety of popular commercial items.

entertainment main stage


The main stage at Lakefair runs all week with admission-free live performances from a variety of local, regional and national groups. Check back as we approach Lakefair Week for the final line-up. Sponsored by Titus Will.

senior's day


Lakefair's 50+ in the Park features a great variety of live entertainment, vendors, activities, prizes and giveaways! The event takes place at Heritage Park near the entertainment main stage.

battle of the bands


The Highschool Battle of the Bands hosted by 94.5 ROXY takes place on opening night of Lakefair Week. Bands compete for a first place prize of $500, $200 gift card for second and a $100 gift card for third. The majority of band members must be class of 2019 through 2022 and under 21 to be eligible. royalty night


Thursdays' Royalty Night hosted by ROXY 94.5's Jerry Farmer introduces this years' Royalty Court and Capital Lakefair Scholarship Program beneficiaries. Come and meet the young women from local high schools who represent our community across the Pacific Northwest. Local activities include community-building events such as Life Skills Prom, Little Red School House and work with local service groups. They also travel to numerous events across Washington, Oregon and Canada throughout the year. Read more...

car show


The Lakefair Car Show features over 150 rides of all kinds including cars, trucks and motorcycles from every era. The show begins at Marathon Park and extends north along Deschutes Pkwy, just across the lake and a short walk from the main festival at Heritage Park
