Preparations are underway for Lakefair Week 2022! Check back for updates.
vendors (arts & crafts)
The vendor section at Lakefair offers a variety of unique craft items for visitors, with an emphasis on handmade items by artists and craftspeople. There is some commercial availability and a limited number of community non-profit spaces as well. Booths are available in 10x10 and 10x20 footprints, spaces are issued in the order received and repeat vendors in good standing receive priority placement.
Businesses that don't qualify for an arts & crafts booth may be accepted as part of a Sponsorship Agreement with Capital Lakefair. Sponsor packages are flexible and offer a variety of marketing opportunities in addition to a booth, see sponsorship opportunities for more information.
All food booths at Lakefair are operated by non-profit organizations who utilize the festival as an annual fund-raising opportunity. Returning vendors receive priority placement and we maintain a waiting list for first-time entries should space become available.
Come and take part in one of the largest parades in the region! Deadline for submitting an application to participate is June 30, 2021.
