vendors (arts & crafts)
The vendor section at Lakefair offers a variety of unique craft items for visitors, with an emphasis on handmade items by artists and craftspeople. There is some commercial availability and a limited number of community non-profit spaces as well. Booths are available in 10x10, 10x20 and 10x30 footprints. Spaces are issued in the order received based on availability and repeat vendors in good standing receive priority placement.
Businesses that don't qualify for a vendor booth may be accepted as part of a Sponsorship Agreement with Capital Lakefair. Sponsor packages are flexible and offer a variety of marketing opportunities in addition to a booth, see sponsorship opportunities for more information.

vendors (food)
The food concessions along Water Street have long been a staple of Lakefair week. Traditionally this has consisted entirely of registered IRS 501 non-profit vendors as a fund-raising opportunity. In 2023, we also have limited availability for commercial for-profit vendors and local business to join the festival!

Returning non-profit vendors receive priority placement, and we maintain a waiting list for first-time entries as space permits. Note application does not guarantee acceptance, and a member of Lakefair will reach out to coordinate after the initial application.
